Why are results missing players or teams?
There are a few things to check when troubleshooting why results are missing players. If none of your results are showing, refer to article Why are results and payouts not showing?
Results Are Set Official (Most Common)
Once results are set as official (finalized), Unknown Golf will no longer update them automatically. Changes to Leaderboard settings or player scores will not be reflected.
To include updates, you must either:
- Click “Calculate Official Results” to recalculate and re-finalize results, or
- Delete the official results to return them to an unofficial state and allow real-time recalculation
Scores Not Official
Only official scores are used to calculate results. If a player’s scorecard is still live and has not been signed, their score will not be included.

Flights
If your event is configured to use Flights, ensure all applicable players are assigned to a flight.
Players not assigned to a flight are not included in the leaderboard.
