Why are results and payouts not showing?
There are a few things to check when troubleshooting why results with winnings are not displaying:
Flights (Most Common)
When an event is configured to use Flights, results are only awarded to players assigned to a flight.
Ensure that:
- Flights are set up for all relevant leaderboards
- Players who should be included are assigned to a flight
Places Configured in Leaderboard Settings
Results will only display for the number of places defined for the leaderboard in the Leaderboard settings.
If your leaderboard awards winnings by place, make sure the appropriate number of places is configured.
