Not receiving email code to setup account
If you are creating an account on Unknown Golf, you should receive a 3-digit verification code by email after entering your email address. This code is required to verify your email and continue setting up your account.
If you do not receive the email, please check the following:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered by your email provider.
- Add notification@unknowngolf.com to your contacts or address book to help prevent future emails from being filtered.
- Whitelist the domain "UnknownGolf.com" in your email client to allow emails from our system.
- Try using a personal email address (such as Gmail). Some corporate email systems block Unknown Golf emails before they reach your inbox.
After completing steps 2 and 3, you will need to select Resend Code or restart the account setup process to receive a new verification email.
