How to Add a Closest to the Pin Leaderboard to an Event

Overview

Adding a Closest to the Pin (CTP) leaderboard to your event allows you to track and display winners for par-3 contests. This is a great way to add fun side games and keep participants engaged.

Steps to Add a Closest to the Pin Leaderboard
  1. Go to Event Setup
    • Open the event where you’d like to add the Closest to the Pin contest.
  2. Add a Leaderboard
    • On the Advanced Event Home, click Leaderboards.
    • Select Add Leaderboard.
  3. Choose “Winner/Trash” Format
    • From the list of leaderboard types, select Winner/Trash.
    • Title leaderboard: Closest to Pin
  4. Save the Leaderboard
    • Click Save to finalize.
    • The CTP leaderboard will now be visible for scoring and results.
Tips
  • You can set up multiple Closest to the Pin winners within one leaderboard for different holes.
  • Admins will need to manually enter CTP winners at the conclusion of the event.
  • Combine with other side games (e.g., Long Drive) to enhance the event experience.
