How are players initially assigned to a golf cart?
In the Print Center under Golf Cart Signs, the initial assignment of players to golf carts is performed by evaluating each tee time pairing and applying the following logic:
- Couples – Partners are paired together when the event is configured as a couples event.
- Team – In two-player team events, teammates are paired together.
- Squad – In squad events, players within the same squad are paired together.
- Tee Box Assignment – Players assigned to the same tee box are paired together.
- Handicap – Remaining players are paired based on the lowest playing handicaps. If players share the same playing handicap, the handicap index is used as a tiebreaker.
