Lock & Unlock a League Event or Round
Events and Rounds are “Auto Locked” at midnight on the day of the completed event / round. When an Event / Round is locked, you will be prevented from making any changes to the configuration and scores.
If changes are needed to a Locked Event / Round, you will need to Unlock the Event / Round.
Unlock Single Round Event
To unlock a Single Round Event, go to the Event Homepage and then click on the "Event Settings" button at the top. On the Event Settings page, you will see an "Unlock" button at the top, press this button to Unlock.
Unlock Multi-Round Event
To unlock a Multi-Round Event, go to the Event Homepage and then click on the round you want to Unlock. On the Round Homepage click on the "Round Settings" button at the top. On the Round Settings page, you will see an "Unlock" button at the top, press this button to Unlock.
Do I need to Re-Lock the Event after making a change?
You do not need to Re-Lock the Event / Round after making a change, but it is good practice. The Event / Round will again be locked at Midnight if the Event is complete.
