How To Cancel Your Unknown + Membership

If you subscribed via the web portal, follow these steps if you would like to cancel your Unknown + Membership:

  1. Log in via the web portal (you cannot cancel your + membership from the app)
  2. Click on the Settings (gear) icon towards the top right of your screen
  3. Select Membership just underneath the Settings title
  4. Select Cancel Membership

If you subscribed via Apple or Google, you will need to go into your subscriptions manager on your device to cancel.
