How Does the Player Usage Fee Work?
For any event with 5 or less players, there is no usage fee. For any event that exceeds 5 players, it must be created in a community and a charge of $2 per player, per round, will be incurred for every player that does not have an Unknown + membership. If a player in an event has an Unknown + membership, there is no charge for that player.
You will only ever be charged for the number of non-Unknown + members who participate (have scores entered) in a round. Invoices are sent out via email on the first day of the month after each period (periods are month segments).
