How To Cancel A Subscription

Follow these steps if you would like to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in via the web portal (you cannot cancel your subscription from the app)
  2. Click on the Settings (gear) icon towards the top right of your screen
  3. Select Billing just underneat the Settings title
  4. Select Cancel subscription
